We have a large patio that's terrific for studying or holding a business meeting. Our menu has also expanded throughout the years. We serve anything from soups and salads to whole meals that are sure to fill your belly's.

Started in 2006 congress cafe has grown and will keep growing by serving the finest freshest traditional food to regulars and tourist . Our passion is our food and coffee and our love is for our customers new and old .

  The location is nice-right in the old town district. Went for breakfast and ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel. Asked for a jalapeno bagel but they were out. Ordered the everything bagel and it was fairly priced and decent. The Wi-Fi is pretty fast and service is great.

  Love this place it's cozy warm, food is amazing because of the way it's prepared. The waiter are excellent and they know there menu. Sitting on the patio in the morning sun drinking coffee is an experience. We stop there for take out on the way back to the hotel. They make their sandwich my way. Awesome amazing little place everyone should try.

  I am a foodie. I stopped in for an impromptu meal. I had the breakfast sandwich. The waiter was super friendly and inviting to me. I asked to substitute turkey on it and he accomodated that request not no extra charge. The jalapeno bagel was the freshest I have ever had at a restaurant. The price was very reasonable considering it's in old towne, a tourist hub. I highly recommend and I will be back.
